Custom Carved or Laser Engraved Bourbon Barrel Lid

Custom designed bourbon barrel head.  You have the option for it to be carved or  laser engraved.  

Carved barrel heads come with black paint.  You can add an additional color as an option for a fee.  Laser engraved barrel heads cannot be colored.

If you don't we can work with you on creating one.  All of our barrel heads are reclaimed from Kentucky distilleries.  

Note: all of our barrel heads are authentic used barrel heads. They still contain an unknown amount of moisture from the bourbon. Each head is different and carves slightly different. Some movement of the oak may occur over time due to humidity levels and environmental factors beyond our control.  

Since this is a made to order item, please allow 7-10 days until shipped.

*NOTE: You may have an additional fee for complex designs or poor quality images.  Most images I can clean up on my own however some I may need to submit to a 3rd party.  Please send your best quality images.  You are welcome to email me your image before purchasing to see if an additional fee will be incurred.  Additional fees range from a few dollars to as much as one hundred dollars.  Depending on the quantity of barrel heads you purchase I may absorb some of the additional fee.
